Greetings Friends in Southwest Michigan,
We would like to extend an invitation to you and your organization to participate with
Igniting the Flame, happening in Albion, Michigan, the weekend of May 18th and 19th in Victory Park (Saturday 11:00am – 4:00pm, and Sunday 4:00pm – 6:00pm)
You may be aware that the community of Albion has been hard pressed over a long period of years. Hospital closing, schools closing, businesses leaving and unnecessary tragedies with the loss of young lives and crime. In the month of May we are gathering in Albion as a region to say, “Albion is OUR community”. The focus will be to bring love, hope and unity to a corner of Calhoun County that needs a flame of vision re-kindled. Friends, would you be a part of this historic weekend?
We are inviting you to bring a table to display your services, offer giveaways, and engage in educating all who attend about your services and activities. We are expecting families from Calhoun and surrounding counties. Drawings would be welcomed to offer free admissions, services or packages.
Our requirement(s) are simply a table registration (donation) of $25 for both days, and for those providing food you will need a food handler’s license also.
Special note that ALL money raised at Igniting the Flame will be given to the community of Albion through non-profit organizations working in several areas of needs; specifically: youth, single parents and shelters.
Thank you for showing the community of Albion your support. Thank you for blessing a region with kindness and great services. We look forward to sharing this great experience with you and expect together wonderful partnerships to come from Igniting the Flame!
